Following an extensive qualification and tender process we are pleased to confirm that TCL Group have been appointed to the new Fire Risk & Mitigation Framework.

  • Framework Value: £10,000,000
  • Framework Duration: 4 Years

Administered by Re: allies and Procure PLUS the framework has been established to provide social housing and public building clients with easy access to a comprehensive range of fire safety services including:

  • Fire Risk Assessments
  • Fire Safety Works
  • Fire Detection & Alarms

The framework will reduce the time and costs associated with the procurement of fire safety works by offering a pre-tendered call off facility which;

  • saves time and resource/procurement costs
  • is compliant with UK and EU legislation
  • incorporates achieving excellence and best practice initiatives
  • provides demonstrable value for money
  • assures quality and flexibility of service provision

Clients will be able to use direct selection or run a mini competition to suit their individual procurement requirements.
