In 2016 TCL was awarded a one year Fire Safety Compliance Works contract from Optivo (Amicus Horizon). The contract had an option to extend to a maximum of four years based upon satisfactory delivery .

Following the successful delivery of year 1, Optivo has extended the contract for another 12 months. The contract involves the fire upgrade of houses and blocks of flats located within the South London, Surrey and Kent regions.
