Company Policies

Overview

All of our policies and procedures are accessed by staff from our integrated Business Management System utilising SharePoint.

We promote and embed our policies and procedures through, staff appraisals, team meetings, briefings and we ensure adequate resource are available to ensure that our system is sufficiently managed.

Employees are encouraged to provide feedback and comment on any policy and procedure issues, where appropriate the outcome of such discussions is communicated to all other employees.

All policies and procedures are reviewed as necessary but in any case within a period of 12 months.

The following policies are currently in place as part of our integrated Business Management system.
