Company Policies and Procedures
We promote and embed our policies and procedures through staff appraisals, team meetings, briefings and we ensure adequate resources are available to ensure they remain current, compliant, effective and well communicated.
All policies and procedures are accessed by staff from our integrated Business Management System utilising SharePoint and they are encouraged to provide feedback and comment on any policy or procedural issues.
Where appropriate, the outcome of such discussions is communicated across the organisation to further improve best practice and effective delivery.
All policies and procedures are reviewed on an annual basis or as necessary to reflect changes in legislation or the working environment.
