Health and Safety


Across all aspects of the organisation health and safety is of paramount importance and we are committed to maintaining a safe working environment for all those involved in or affected by our activities.

Comprehensive procedures and policies supported by our SSIP accreditations demonstrate knowledge, safe working practises, communication, consistency and our confidence in each aspect of what we do.


Our health and safety team carry out thorough site inspections on a fortnightly/monthly rotation to ensure all projects are fully compliant with current legislation and industry guidance. Once each inspection is complete the site management team is immediately provided with its results.


We recognise our responsibilities and obligation under the Construction (Design & Management) Regulations (CDM 2015) and have the skills, knowledge, experience and organisational capability necessary to fulfil the roles of Principal Contractor and Principal Designer, in a manner that secures the health and safety of any person affected by our works.
