scope of works
TCL were appointed in July 2017 to undertake external/internal repairs, decorations and planned maintenance to the Seven Rivers residential care home in Great Bromley, Colchester The contract consisted of three principal elements:
- Lift Refurbishment
- Light Touch Internal Improvements
- External Repairs and Maintenance
The project was delivered in a fully operational working environment in close collaboration with the care home staff and overseen by Murray Birrell in their dual capacity as Contract Administrator and Principal Designer.
