4 YEAR CONTRACT AWARD VOID PROPERTY WORKS & REACTIVE PROPERTY MAINTENANCE SERVICES CONTRACT
Following a successful public procurement process we are pleased to confirm that B3 Living have awarded TCL Group the contract to deliver the following works.
- Lot 1: Void Property Works
- Lot 2: Reactive Property Maintenance Services
Located in Hoddesdon, Hertfordshire, the works will encompass the full range of property maintenance services to almost 5,000 homes within Hertfordshire and Essex. With contracts now signed, the service is set to go live on 1st November 2023 and will be delivered by a dedicated, locally based team supported by our 24/7 call centre.
