OCKFORD RIDGE – EMPTY HOME REFURBISHMENT PROGRAMME
TCL have been successful in securing the contract to undertake major internal remodelling and external refurbishment works to 12 empty homes at Ockford Ridge in Godalming, Surrey.
The 17 week project, commencing in November, represents Phase 1 of a significant property improvement programme to homes in Ockford Ridge providing local residents with new kitchens, bathrooms, energy efficiency measures and external improvements.
