FRAMEWORK APPOINTMENT 3-YEAR GENERAL REPAIRS & MAINTENANCE FRAMEWORK
FirstPort is the UK’s largest residential property manager with circa 200,000 homes under management across the country with a client mix including individual leasehold and freehold property owners, housing associations, landlords, developers and house-builders.
We are therefore please to confirm that TCL Group have been appointed to the new FirstPort General Repairs and Maintenance Framework agreement.
The agreement will commence in December 2019 and cover a three-year programme of work across 5 Lot’s encompassing:
- Internal and External Redecorations
- Windows and Doors
- Carpentry and Joinery
- Roofing and Guttering
- Plumbing and Heating
- Electrical
- Other General Maintenance and Building Fabric Repairs
