REPAIRS, REFURBISHMENT AND PLANNED MAINTENANCE CONTRACT

TCL Group recently started a new 3-year contract with Patmore Co-Operative Ltd providing repairs and planned maintenance services to tenanted properties across the Patmore Estate.

The contract has got off to an excellent start and feedback from Patmore residents is proving very positive.
