scope of works

Towerside is a residential block located within the London borough of Tower Hamlets and situated on Wapping High Street with one elevation facing the Thames. The block the subject of a redecoration and repair contract in July 2017.

TCL were appointed to carry out two phases of what would become a three phase programme of works. The first phase consisted of work to the Thames elevation of blocks 148 to 150 inclusive with phase 2 being work to the remaining part of the Thames elevation and access ways.

The final phase to the front elevation was under a separate instruction and was subject to satisfactory performance on the earlier phases and budgetary considerations.
