TCL Group was appointed in April 2014 to undertake a one year contract for the installation of kitchens and bathrooms to approximately 150 properties as part of Wokingham’s “Decent Homes Catch up Programme”

Due to the geographical location of the sites, specific consideration was given to ensuring that suitable control measures were put in place to mitigate the potential impact with the general public and traffic routes within the vicinity.

The nature of the project required close tenant liaison with particular emphasis placed on our processes when working within the homes of vulnerable residents and the safeguarding of children.
