TCL was awarded a 4 year contract delivering a range of general repairs, voids and electrical works for the Angell Town Estate. Located in Lambeth.

The estate is managed by the Angell Town Residents Management Organisation who are an off-shoot of the London Borough of Lambeth.

The organisation manages 443 properties; 390 flats and maisonettes plus 54 houses in total.
