We are pleased to confirm our continued appointment to the 4-supplier ‘Havering Education Brokerage’ framework that provides a dedicated procurement support mechanism for educational establishments throughout the borough.

A 4-year framework for small building works up to a value of £100,000, the range of services available to all brokerage subscribers includes:

Small Capital Works

1 YEAR VOID PROPERTY WORKS CONTRACT EXTENSION

Following a successful completion of the original 3-year contract we are pleased to confirm that TCL have secured an additional 1-year extension to enable us to continue to deliver void refurbishment works across the borough.

First Contract Win for 2022 – Kitchen and Bathroom Replacement Works

TCL Group are set to commence working with Tower Hamlets Community Housing and Michael Dyson Associates Ltd in 2022 replacing kitchens and bathrooms to tenanted residential blocks located on the Minerva Estate within East London.
