TCL were appointed in July 2015 to undertake a pilot programme of approximately 60No. Kitchen and bathroom installations. Following the successful completion of this phase in September 2015, our appointment was extended to carry out a further phase of 50 kitchen/bathrooms which ran until March 2016.
Part of the work included undertaking some disabled adaptations, primarily to bathrooms. This was further supplemented with other DDA works outside of the K&B contract directed by Amicus Housing Management and Occupational Therapy unit.
