In 2016 the company was awarded a one year Fire Compliance contract from Amicus Horizon Housing Association. The contract had an option to extend to a maximum of four years based upon satisfactory delivery .

Following successful delivery of the first years programme Amicus have extended the contract for another 12 months. The contract valued at £600 per annum involves the fire upgrade of houses and blocks of flats located within the South London, Surrey and Kent regions.
