MAJOR 3 + 2 YEARS CONTRACT WIN, BUILDING PLANNED, REACTIVE & MINOR WORKS
We are pleased to confirm that, following a competitive public procurement process, we have successfully secured the new ‘Building Planned, Reactive & Minor Works’ contract with Hertfordshire County Council to provide building fabric services to maintain and service their commercial and non-housing property estate and assets across the borough.
With the contract now signed the new service commenced in September 2020 and will run for an initial 3-year period with the option to extend by a further 2 years.
