MAJOR REPAIRS & VOIDS CONTRACT WIN
With the contract signed we are pleased to confirm that, following a competitive public procurement process, we have successfully secured a place on the new ‘Major Repairs & Voids Contract’ with the London Borough of Camden to undertake building improvements and repairs and maintenance to void properties within the borough.
Divided into four contracts, TCL Group have been allocated ‘Contract 3 – Camden Central’ for an initial 12-month period encompassing circa 10,000 properties.
