Procured via mini-tender through the Harrow Minor Works Framework to which TCL Group was reappointed in 2018, the project involved the incorporation of a contemporary style extension into the existing, more traditional looking café to provide much needed room for customers and new kitchen and food preparation facilities.

Externally new paths, seating areas and landscaping completed the new look which has since been greeted with enthusiasm by local residents and customers alike.

The project was completed within a tight programme enabling the Mayor of Harrow to reopen the café in time for the summer.
