TCL COMMENCE DAY TO DAY RESPONSIVE REPAIRS & MAINTENANCE SERVICE IN SOUTH ACTON

With the contract signed and the pre-construction/mobilisation phase successfully completed, we are set to commence the delivery of the day-to-day responsive repairs and maintenance service to the residents of South Acton Community Builders in July 2019.

Working in partnership with the SCBC board, the contract will run for an initial term of 22 months with the option to extend by a further 2 years.

Consisting of 1000 homes, predominantly in purpose built ‘flatted’ blocks on the South Acton Estate, the site based team consists of multi-trade/multi-skilled technicians overseen by a working supervisor and underpinned by a collaborative working charter that will put residents at the heart of the service.
