TCL Group hosts apprentice training course in partnership with Alpha training
The course was designed to give real life experience of a business environment to young apprentices many of whom have never been inside a working business environment.
Part of the course was to explain how the business functions and its responsibilities for providing various services to different clients,
Many of the apprentices agreed that they hadn’t thought about much more than learning a trade and felt that the course really opened their eyes to the real world of working.
Steve Purdy Chairman TCL group spoke to the apprentices to explain what is achievable in business with pure hard work and sheer determination, giving examples of starting work as a labourer and taking TCL Group from £100k to a Multi-Million Pound Company.
