MAJOR INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL REFURBISHMENT CONTRACT WIN
With contracts signed we are pleased to confirm another significant contract win for our Major Works division.
Work is shortly to commence on the refurbishment of Kintyre Court within the Clapham Park Estate for Metropolitan.
The scope of works includes new kitchens, bathrooms, internal redecorations to all communal areas, roofing, external decorations, new satellite TV installation, environmental works and hard & soft landscaping.
A recent ‘Meet the Contractor’ event held in conjunction with Metropolitan provided residents and leaseholders with the opportunity to meet the team and discuss the works in an informal environment.
Work starts in early July and the contract will run for 40 weeks.
