Following the successful delivery of a selection of projects as a framework member in 2017/18 we are pleased to confirm the we will once again be working with Harrow Council undertaking a refurbishment programme across the borough.

Following the successful completion of Phase 6 earlier in 2018 we are pleased to confirm that we will shortly be working with Chelmer Housing Partnership (CHP) once again to undertake Phase 7 to residential blocks within Mid, South and North Essex.

We are pleased to confirm that our Refurbishment & New-Build Division has secured the contract to convert an empty office building into eight luxury apartments located in North London.

Our Refurbishment & New-Build Division has secured a number of new contracts with The Whitgift Foundation to carry out major refurbishment works to self-contained flats clustered around picturesque lawns located in the heart of Croydon’s town centre.

As we approach the halfway point of the 2018-19 cyclical repairs and decoration programme we continue to be ‘top of the class’ with resident satisfaction.
