With contracts signed we are pleased to confirm another significant contract win for our Major Works division.

Work is shortly to commence on the refurbishment of Kintyre Court within the Clapham Park Estate for Metropolitan.

After beating over 2,000 nominated projects, the Milton Keynes based charity Medical Detection Dogs has been shortlisted to win a share of a £3 million national prize fund from the Masonic Charitable Foundation.

We are pleased to confirm that we will shortly be working with Chelmer Housing Partnership (CHP) on the new 3+2 year cyclical decoration and repairs contract across all regions and housing stock within Mid, South and North Essex.

With contracts signed, TCL are set to commence working with Network Homes in 2017 undertaking a range of dis-repair works, insurance works, facilities management type works and small works ranging in value from £500.00 to £100,000.00.

We are pleased to confirm contracts have been signed with Providence Row Housing Association and Peter Bedford Housing Association for TCL Group to provide responsive repairs, out-of-hours call outs and void property works over an initial 3-year period commencing in February 2017.
