TCL Group has recently completed the conversion of a vacant 2-storey block to provide teaching rooms, canteen, toilets and administration facilities together with a new reception area as part of a programme of works to enhance the educational facilities available to local residents within the Royal Borough of Greenwich.
Responsive Repairs & Maintenance Contract
TCL Group recently started a new 3-year contract with Battersea Fields Residents Organisation providing repair and maintenance services to tenanted and block properties and the initial resident satisfaction feedback is proving very positive.
