scope of works
Following the successful completion of ‘Section E’ of the Clapham Park Estate in 2017, TCL were invited to tender for Kintyre Court (Section F), located on the Clapham Park Estate. TCL were formally appointed in 2018.
The contract was for the substantial refurbishment of 60 No. mixed tenure residential properties for the purpose of bringing them up to ‘Decent Homes’ standard including a range of major internal and external Improvements.
